How to Apply in Stores
When you've decided which positions interest you and which America’s Super Pawn is the most convenient for you, bring your resume to that store and ask for the Manager, introduce yourself, and set up an interview.
Manages daily store operations, offers excellent customer service and leadership skills, oversees associates and lending activities, provides damage control and prevents losses to the company and customer assets.
Assists manager with daily store operations, offers excellent customer service and leadership skills, oversees associates and lending activities, provides damage control and prevents losses to the company and customer assets.
Sales and Loan Associates
Serves customers by providing full customer satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner. Assists customer in locating merchandise, handles cash and operates terminal. Protects company against losses by being security conscious. Keeps sales floor neat, clean, and well merchandised.
Performs frequent inventory audits to prevent losses. Notifies management about significant audit issues. Demonstrates ability to analyze information, solve problems and provide resolutions. Assists manager with proper inventory controls.
Estimates pawn or pledge value of merchandise, such as jewelry, tools, musical instruments, and determines loan amount. Examines article to determine condition, and current market value. Weighs and tests gold or other metals to determine carat weight and purity to verify value. Insures pawn transaction forms are completed accurately and completely, examines customer identification, and records thumbprint to insure state law requirements are met and adhered to.
