Training Opportunities
- Sales and Customer Service Training provides every new store associate with structured on-the-job training facilitated by a designated expert within the associate's department. All new associates attend an 8 hour course designed to improve customer service skills and enhance salesmanship.
- On-going development occurs throughout the year as associates receive targeted training related to new initiatives America’s Super Pawn implements that update the way an associate performs the job. Performance reviews are provided after the first 90 days of employment, and 90 days after that, at your 6 month anniversary. As your employment continues you receive a performance review on your one year anniversary date and every 6 months thereafter.

On hands training provides support in areas such as building effective relationships, focusing on self-improvement, driving results and increasing productivity, as well as good decision making. Tuition Reimbursement

America’s Super Pawn’s tuition reimbursement program was designed to support associates with personal and professional development by increasing their knowledge and skill level.
Who is eligible?
Any full time associate with 12 months of continuous service is eligible to participate with their manager’s approval.
What is covered?
Eligible courses must be directed and substantially related to improving an employee’s productivity in his or her current job.
How much will America’s Super Pawn reimburse?
An associate is eligible to receive an annual reimbursement of $1000.
